This renewal form is for the 2026-27 Before/After Care (BAC) Scholarship. You must already have an active Rec & Ed Scholarship to fill out this form.

If you do not have an active Rec & Ed Scholarship, you will need to fill out the Standard Scholarship Application through Submittable.
